Any problem, Steadfast would zip up there. Recently, during a snowstorm, they installed a device into the router in my house to receive calls from work. I sat in my house, I had my phone and people didn’t know the difference. It was great. Steadfast has great customer service!

Steadfast has been great. Very responsive following up. Truly concerned about the outcome of any issues and making sure issues that pop up from time to time are rectified. One time, they showed up at 7am to rectify a last minute situation. I don’t know of other companies who would do that.
