Steadfast has been our Telephone provider for five years, and during those five years, I must say that we were very happy and satisfied with their service. If there was ever a problem that I did not understand, I'd quickly call and within minutes my phone was up and running. I was totally surprised when I explained a phone problem and it was fixed remotely. If there was a time things could not be fixed remotely, within minutes a technician would be there. All of their technicians were very professional, polite, and well mannered,and went out of their way to make sure that systems were up and running within no time.
